School staff are professionally trained in Early Childhood Education who love working and dealing with preschool-age children.  Staff members continue to grow professionally by attending conferences and seminars relating to the Early Childhood field.

    Most staff members are Christians and are members of a church having the same doctrinal and theological views as Hacienda Heights Baptist Church.
